Is fat just fat, or is some better than others?

I'm reading this post about training hard and it turned into more of a quality of food post.

My questions are:
If you eat to much guality food and gain fat, is it the same fat you would put on from eating to much icecream?
Is there a test that shows this/this/this mactros is better at growing muscles than just eating some protien and what ever the hell else you want to eat with calories based on what your goals are?
What is the differance? Isn't to much just to much, no matter what it is?

This brings to mind another issue I have. I see all these stacks this guy and that guy are going to do. Test,tren.mas,deca and orals. Isn't test, test? Why do all these diff things when test is test? Test /slin and gh is all it takes no? Doesn't it all come down to just a few diff compounds and thats it?

test is test, but tren or deca are not test, lol. every AAS has a different profile and different effects.

and bodyfat is bodyfat. you dont put on "good fat" from overeating omega 3s compared to saturated fat from a cheeseburger. your overall health most likely will better from consuming "good foods" but if you put on fat you put on fat, there is no difference where that fat comes from, it always looks shit.

by the way i dont think you put on more muscle from eating "clean" foods compared to "dirty" foods as long as carb/fat/protein intake is the same, but a lot of guys seem to think otherwise. in my opinion eating clean is more important for health reasons than for body composition. i usually get bashed for saying so though.

Your saying that tren and deca will send things to other areas of the body that test doesn't? I thought they all help with recovery.

what do you mean with "send things to other areas of the body"?
different steroids have different anabolic/androgenic ratios. some steroids aromatize into estrogen, some can raise prolactin. some make you retain water, some pull water from under the skin into the muscle.
it all depends if theyre derivatives from testosterone, DHT or nandrolone, if they can aromatize, which receptors they bind to etc.
just like the effects the side effects are different too.

you should read a steroid FAQ somewhere, i doubt anyone is going to explain every single steroid and its effects on here...
