I'm reading this post about training hard and it turned into more of a quality of food post.
My questions are:
If you eat to much guality food and gain fat, is it the same fat you would put on from eating to much icecream?
Is there a test that shows this/this/this mactros is better at growing muscles than just eating some protien and what ever the hell else you want to eat with calories based on what your goals are?
What is the differance? Isn't to much just to much, no matter what it is?
This brings to mind another issue I have. I see all these stacks this guy and that guy are going to do. Test,tren.mas,deca and orals. Isn't test, test? Why do all these diff things when test is test? Test /slin and gh is all it takes no? Doesn't it all come down to just a few diff compounds and thats it?
