Is Fish Oil Just Snake Oil?

There actually IS, they make greek frozen yogurt now with 0 fat, 6g protein per serving and you prob couldn't tell the diff between that and ice cream.

Of course, still full of sugar, but sugar/carbs at least for me don't doom me so long as I'm not consuming lots of bad fat with it.
That was exactly my point. Sure you can lower the fat and up the sugar. High in sugar = not low fat! So unless you're eating it right after a workout, then, it's going to your handles. Simple as that.

Which Nordic Naturals product is the one to go for and why is it better than NOW foods Ultra Omega?

Pretty sure anything Nordic Naturals is going to be superior.

omega3 requirements depend on omega6 consumption, which is usually much higher.
 
Ive permanently made the switch to krill and personally couldnt be happier. Even with the enteric coated fish caps i still had bad reflux and krill has made it nonexistent.. also at a fraction of dose i notice no difference.. handful of studies show the better assimilation of krill over fish so less is just as good or better since other recent studies show krill superior over the hdl/ldl improvements where the fish has negligible effect.. helps some with lipids etc but not as well as it has been claimed to over the years... plus damn my joints feel great on the krill.. very impressive how a little really goes a long way...

I might add krill, but I'll still keep my o-3's up high with fish oil but you still have to keep up with your nuts, no cholesterol mayo, peanut oil, etc. (omega 6 and 9's)

Absolutely.. a good balance needs all tge other goods involved, i would pity a person with nut allergies since me and pb is like sugar to a baker lol a bud of mine had a severe peanut allergy.. like trace oils tranferring to other food and he would need race for epi-pen but he just compensated with almond butter all the time like he was a stock holder lol so prob solved..
