Is GH classified the same as AAS?

I always thought GH was classified by law the same as AAS and your door could get kicked in just as easy.

I was reading a post the other day where someone was saying it is not punishable the same as AAS??

If you are in illegal possession you will get charged with possession of a controlled substance, then in courtrooms depending on the state is where the charge may be changed( because it isn't included with the CSA) but it is stilled held as a felony case in regards to the FDA and just like raw33man stated the consequences are fines and max 5yrs incarceration, now that is all depending on the case, there truly is no rule book on how justice is served in the courtroom, but all in all yes it is illegal to have possession without a prescription

Will you get prison for simple possession without intent to distribute? Probably not, unless you're a bad dude and it's the only thing they can get you with.
