Is HRT for Life???

I've been on prescription HRT for almost 12 years. The dosage is based on your blood work. It can be anywhere from 100gm a month to 400mg E5D. My prescription is 400mg E5D.

I get my blood work done twice a year. I go from doing a cycle right into HRT. There's no PCT for me.

400mg E5D is exactly 4 times what I do on HRT. My test levels are generally around 700ish 3-4 days after an injection (100mg E5D).

If you are actually seeing sub 2000 test levels when testing a reasonable time after injections, then you must have extremely hyperactive aromatase. This is the only way test could be broken down that fast. If you did an AI, you could likely reduce your test dosage considerably and still maintain the same levels.

Many people who have taken a lot of AAS develope "hyper-active aromatase" and may require a VERY low dose AI on HRT (.25mg adex E3D or less). Maldorf is correct, true HRT is 100-150mg/week. 200mg+ per week is definitely going to be supraphysiological, meaning you are taking low dose AAS, not doing HRT.

Had not heard that. My endo acted like he never prescribes an AI for his patients. I guess the incidence of this happening is pretty rare?

exactly. I "self administer" HRT at 300mg En/week get blood done every 6 months at ANY LAB TEST and I am in the high normal range good psa, cholesterol, and BP in check. At 42 still gaining size no PCT at all. Balls are big and full.

Everyone is going to react differently to dosages and what caused the low test to begin with is a factor but yes, it's fairly common to have issue on that front.

Is there a medical answer to testicular atrophy? I can't see a doctor prescribing HCG... is it up the the individual to handle? or just deal? HCG isn't exactly the cheapest stuff to buy underground...

If youre on HRT then the atrophy is really nothing to worry about unless it bothers you mentally. Some guys cant deal with it.

I'll look for them. I have labs for off cycle, on HRT and during cycle. If I find them I'll post the numbers.
