is it better to split dose

is it better to spread the dose throught the day or makes no difference.im talking about 50mg of anavar a day.i was thinking of taking 1 every 3hr.is this ok

I've never personally taken Anavar, but it comes down to how long a drug is active for in the body.. I just a did very quick search on it, and the info I see claims that it has a longer half life than dbol - but it's still only ~8 hrs.. If this is true, it would make sense to split the dose, but other variables may make a difference, like what time you work out and whatnot..

It depends on the half-life of the steroid compound and the dosage being used.

With 50mg of Anavar, take 2 separate dosages of 25mg.

thanks i give it a try like you say.
i know with dball i always split it but not to sure on the var.i did some search but it dont talk about splitting doses.

when i ran anavar i dosed 50 in the morning and 50 @ 5.

when i ran d bol, i dosed it 3 times a day because of the shorter half life.

like someone else said, anavar is @ 8 hours and d bol is @ 4.5 so .
