So every night before bed this is what i take:


Buffered vit c 1000 mlg (then another during the day since its buffered) 1 ea


Zinc 1/2 tab (only when feeling a cold coming on) And now with covid around )


Pomagranate 1 ea


Fish oil 1 capsule (vitacost synergy) 400 epa/200 dha


2 ea. Combo fish oil/coq10 (vitacost synergy) 800 epa/400 dha 100 mlg coq10


Garlic 500 mlg 1 ea


1 aspirin 81 mlg


Echinacea w goldenseal 2 ea (especially with covid around)

Every once in a while i throw in 1 capsule of tumeric/ginger combo, usually when my legs hurt, nit sure why but it helps possibly from inflammation?

Another QUESTION:
When would one throw in nac or even glutione.... Or quercetin? For building ones immune system?

Not on any test for over 2 yrs now....:(
(Have lost a ton of muscle too, skinny fat now)

I've been taking about the same amount of supplements (7-8) as you prior to going to bed including NAC and Quercetin.
I don't see any issues/interactions with what your taking.
No prescription meds?

I am afraid the quercetin will make my anxiety go thru the roof

Nac is weird for me if i take it continuously i start to break out in cold sores....no idea why....

Will need to grab some magnesium and potassium, might ask doc for a script for both, last bw they said both were right above low and they may get me a script for both

Also take .5 xanax at same time for anxiety....
 
Why not break it up and take 1/ 2 your supplements in morning when you wake up and the rest at night before bed? Usually better to take pills with food, easier on stomach.

I could i guess its better so it's running thru thru the day i will do that and see if it is better,

What magnesium is recommended and what potassium is good??
 
I would split vitamins C up as much as possible. It water soluble, your gonna piss out a lot of that.

Try 250mg with each meal.
 
Fish oil, Garlic, Aspirin are all going to thin your blood. Maybe too much at once? but i dunno.
 
That is fine. I take much more than that, with the exception of aspirin, at night and have been doing so for about 10 years. NAC needs to be taken on an empty stomach though so keep that in mind. I normally take my NAC first thing in the AM. Oral glutathione is not absorbed so skip it. Quercetin is also very poorly absorbed so take it with a high fat meal. I do think the quercetin is a good addition too the zinc.
