So every night before bed this is what i take:
Buffered vit c 1000 mlg (then another during the day since its buffered) 1 ea
Zinc 1/2 tab (only when feeling a cold coming on) And now with covid around )
Pomagranate 1 ea
Fish oil 1 capsule (vitacost synergy) 400 epa/200 dha
2 ea. Combo fish oil/coq10 (vitacost synergy) 800 epa/400 dha 100 mlg coq10
Garlic 500 mlg 1 ea
1 aspirin 81 mlg
Echinacea w goldenseal 2 ea (especially with covid around)
Every once in a while i throw in 1 capsule of tumeric/ginger combo, usually when my legs hurt, nit sure why but it helps possibly from inflammation?
Another QUESTION:
When would one throw in nac or even glutione.... Or quercetin? For building ones immune system?
Not on any test for over 2 yrs now....
(Have lost a ton of muscle too, skinny fat now)
