If you go directly to one in person I don't think they accept credit cards. If you use it online they do but then you gotta call and confirm the transaction.

Correct!

You are not able to use credit cards for wu or money orders in the store. The reason is.....that would be the same as taking cash off your cc and the cc company does not want to lose out on the higher interest that they charge on the cash withdrawal. Thats my opinion at least.
