Is it possible Jano testing question?

I been thinking and wanted to see if a customer can verify a sponsors jano testing results ?
I know people counterfeit insurance cards, covid shots cards and basically anything can be counterfieted.
So can a sponsor have a jano test result and with their computer erase all the info and use it as a template and put in all the info they need to make it legit looking? Probably yes its possible.
So how can we confirm its what jano tested just because a sponsor shows it?
Im not saying its happening here just was thinking dont believe everything you read

Looks like theres a verification code for each test on the bottom that you can check on his site. Never tried it but it’s there
