I tried to find a group on social media to talk training and diet and couldn't, because 99% of posts were just about drugs and asking for sources for more drugs. There used to be threads evey now and then "are bodybuilders drug addicts " and I would always argue no, because people were using them for a specific purpose of making progress where a normal drug addict takes drugs because they feel they can't live without. Well in 2026, I think bodybuilders would make any rec drug addict blush and people more expirament or take things just because they are hyped. So in short, no.

He is skinny enough to be a natural (no hormones). But he also definitely has SEO in various bodyparts. He is just a skinny kid that uses SEO and just happens to have excellent muscle separation, so zoomed in, he gives the illusion of being larger than he is. But in reality, the guy is a stick.

Roids are too ubiquitous and if your brand/image was completely dependant on your looks, it would be stupid not to use them.

think is that is his level of leanness year round. You don’t see a picture of him looking anything above 10%. He says he “feels better” at these bodyfat percentages, which isn’t to be possible naturally, your hormones are likely gonna be crushed.

I don't believe that he is natural. The question was if it was possible. The answer to that is, yes, it is possible because he is skinny enough.

tbh Carlton is a beast but the "natty or not" debate around him has been going on for years lol. even if you have god-tier genetics, the IFBB standard is so high now that staying natural usually means you'll just get out-sized on stage. idc what anyone claims, once you see a pro in person, you realize that level of "pop" and graininess is rarely just chicken and rice.

I completely agree with Big A on the question being is it possible and the answer is yes.

And also about it quite likely being SEO as in my earlier post I said his arm to waist proportion was not matching and that he was pumped full of SOMETHING(could be just oil with no roids)
