what i wanna know is is it time for syntherol?? my calves have been lacking from day 1 and ive been training for 8 years. i rock em as well, tear em down so bad sometimes that i swear they will grow but nothing acceptable. ive tried low rep, high weight as well as high rep low weight. more rest less rest all the above. they just arent budging. now from the knee up im a beast. from quad to hamstring all the way to the ass is solid on me. my bros and even my girl like to refer to me as michael turner ( atlanta falcons) from the knee up. but knee down im in some serious need. im about 5'11 200lbs give or take a few day to day. so is it time? what are the ups and downs? i heard the calves hurt like hell to pin. especially 3 points in each head everyday!!! could i walk?? i'd like to do a lower dose than normal to start and just see if i improve but im asking for reference here. should i balls to the wall do it and how??
