placed an order with these guys over a week ago and they promply charged my account. shipping was for 2-3 business days and still no product. ARE THESE GUYS IN BUSINESS OR JUST COLLECTING MONEY AND NOT SHIPPING PRODUCTS?

i already emailed them 3x no response, thats why im here.
