also for 3-4wk blocks of time I have been doing 7-10 iu's pwo of novolin-R, some days i may even bump to 15iu's depending on my mood and if want to really load up on carbs... this will be the second full training week of using both and I think they have a synergistic effect between the two.. I usually am more fuller in muscles and leaner appearance when run peptides also joints feel great and injuries heal up quick as shit and keep to a minimum overall.. slin definitely gives the increased muscle fullness, so with everything working together it can only be better, obviously not the same as if using slin/hgh or all three like O or JJ but I can still tell and am okay with subtle changes over time and nothing happening more drastic sooner
