You need to teach her better phil...her technique is all off!!
1 - she should have her feet on the floor. Everyone knows you shouldnt bench with raised feet.
2 - she needs to fix her grip. Hell, that type of grip is just outright dangerous.
3 - She looks like she has the bar stuck at her sticking point. Get her to do more tricep work to correct this. Next time I wanna see pics of her working dips, close grip benches and floor presses.
4 - She has her head raised off the bench. THat type of lifting will never pass in a powelifting meet. She needs to work on that.
Other than that, good lift!! I would say put her in a powerlifting meet but then again I dont know if they have a 25pound division.
