is test base harsher on blood profile than medium acting esters at equivlent amounts

has anyone actauuly got blood test done after the cycles of each seperatly and compared the diffs in their blood , how much diff?

Mine was perfect after using both. 8 months on various compounds including TNE, the last month on TNE alone. No problems.
