Is there a safe way to take diuretics, occasionally?

Is there a safe way to take dayzide for example, a few times a month. On a beach day or on a boat.
Say I'm at a Chinese buffet on Thursday and I find out I'm gonna be on a friend's boat on Saturday. Is that enough time to take a diuretic and get rid of the excessive bloat?

i feel like diuretics are the icing on the cake of an already shredded, stage-ready physique.

if you're 10% body fat or more, you may end up looking worse


plus.. are you just not going to drink water all day on the boat? lol


if you're worried about bloat, drink a big fiber shake before you go to bed so you shat everything out the next morning

At one point in time I took a diuretic every day for many months. I was prescribed it, don’t remember the dosage or type (i think it was the one you mentioned, not certain) when I was experiencing ear issues and it felt like I had water in my ear. It did nothing for what it was prescribed for and it zero effect on how I looked. I was not dieting so that my have been a factor in my apperiance.

Bottom like, at the dosage I was taking it had zero effect.

How much are you eating at a buffet that your going to be bloated 2 days later on a boat? Sounds silly, what's your bf? I stay lean and even when I had a massive cheat day 9k or so of junk I'd only be distended for part of the next day. It wasn't bloat just the food still sitting in stomach. If I kept the cheat day more reasonable I'd look leaner the next day

You can take diuretics few times a month safely. just drink plenty of water and eat normal.

It is dangerous if you’re extremely dehydrated

With the nutrients that the body would be pissing away and then the rebound effects really seems like a rollercoaster for the possible few hours of benefit.
