I have read so many conflicting "facts" on GH AND MUSCLE GROWTH, I really don't know where to start. We are a community of strength athletes, differing goals, but all revolving around being bigger, stronger, faster. Could several knowledgeable brothers help me form a consensus of how to use GH to help me build LBM, while I am recovering from a serious powerlifting injury.
I plan to purchase the GH and am well stocked with AAS, which I would like to use synergistically to add some mass for about the next twelve months as I heal.
If I sound frustrated, please forgive, but I have read: flames, arguments, conflicting "science", bro science, opinions (empirical and "I know somebody who...") until I am quite confused.
Is it possible for us, as a united sub-culture, to point a brother in the common direction of trying to be taught, which I understand as the ability to take what you have learned in a lifetime and pass it on in a condensed amount of time?
