5-10mg a day Cialis , for a couple hers before you go in focus on your breathing , take deep long breaths and remeber to breath normaly when they take it , holding your breath raises it a good bit

If you have high BP, regardless of the reason, you need to get some meds for it. What is your BP at currently? You can always just tell your Dr that it's stress related. Get a script for some meds. High BP is not good. Short term it makes you feel like hell. Long term.....it can kill you.

Lasix is what they usually use if your BP is critically high and needs to be lowered fast.

i often wondered is a chinese powder source would get some lisinipril if it wouldnt sell one gram would last 7-8 months and a kilo is about $500

but to answer your question garlic , cucumbers , cellery omega 3 and 15 min of cardio every day ..i came to this conclusion at least for me on the cardio by seeing my numbers are always about 8/5 lower on the days after i do cardio cut out the salt raise the potasium i believe the sodium /potasium ratio has more to due with water retension than just salt itself

Baby aspirin a day does it for me along with cleaning up my diet.but get on meds if needed! You want to be around for awhile right?we have lost to many good bros for being dumb and not taking proper precautions bodybuilding is something that needs to be monitored by a doc.bloods and such.blood gets thick fast from aas.good luck bro.peace

I wouldnt hide it and Id get put on meds along with controlling diet and taking natural supplements. Its just another tool for the tool belt. Dont think for a minute pro bbs arent walking around on 2 or 3 different bp meds.

I agree with your assessment but not your conclusion. No one here will dispute the danger of high BP but too immediately just rush to judgment that additional drugs are needed to manage this is short sighted. What is causing the high BP? I firmly believe for most things in life we must understand the cause of a problem to properly determine its solution. Can an effective solution be reached without taking BP drugs? If it can be found that someone is engaging in bad habits or practices which are causing this elevated BP perhaps it can be fixed naturally and then the user has an even greater understanding of his or her own body, rather than being ignorant of the goings on inside. Blanket statements are always compromised when we don't have details. If someone told me they had high BP I would not immediately advise meds. If details emerged, as they often do in this forum that the guy with high BP was on his sixth straight month of a 2G a week cycle I again would not say this guy's problem is a lack of BP meds in his system.
Perhaps I'm biased but I was also someone who for a time had a 160/100+ BP. A number most would be waving red flags at. Without meds and with a greater understanding of what was causing and contributing to this elevation I am now able to be numbers around 115/75 on a cruise and never crossing the 128/84 threshold on a blast. I'm not saying that some people genuinely don't need BP meds just that it should not be step one in the process

baby aspirin will help slightly but is not a quick fix, more like a supplement for guys who have borderline high. cardio can also help a bit

when my BP gets to around 140/85 i start getting scared and i cut back on the androgens/anabolics or i take a slight break from them and start using baby aspirin and incorporating low intensity cardio. i feel better when my BP is around 130-135/70-80. even when clean my BP is around this level just because of my lean body mass and BMI is considered obese even though i'm sub 10% BF... sucks but i'm just one of those guys that have higher BP when my weight goes up... i can't imagine what 150/90+ starts feeling like when i can already notice a 10-15 point swing in my overall feeling of well being

i would be straight up frightened at 160/100+. i think i would quit all AAS at that point. blood pressure meds are needed at that point but really it's just a mask to the problem.... figure out and fight the problem at the source...me personally i wouldn't want to be on BP meds for the rest of my bodybuilding life

well ofcourse I think you should do as stated above and just say it's stress related, high BP is no joke. BUT clonidine A.K.A. catapres will do the job, they come in .1,.2 and .3mg.also as from above cialis lowers your BP, just pray a hot nurse isn't the one taking your BP.;)

I agree that you should identify the source of the problem before just throwing drugs at it as a fix. However, given the nature of this forum, I made the assumption that the OP's elevated BP was from AAS use, or something related to it. If you have no intentions of stopping what's causing it, then you need to get some meds to keep it under control until you stop whatever your doing that's causing it to be elevated.

I had a significant decrease in blood pressure with just a few days of following a low sodium diet might be something to try

Clean up ur diet a much as possible. Stay away from fried foods or high sodium foods. Potassium supplements will also help with high bp. I also read that magnesium pills help but when I took them, it really jacked my stomach up. I am on prescribed lisinopril now...high blood pressure just runs in my family. It's not something to take too lightly tho so if u can't lower it naturally or with vitamins then u may have to get an rx. Good luck either way.

Clonidine or a beta blocker will drop it fast.
I noticed my BP dropped the day I started Lisinopril too. I think every AAS using bodybuilder should be on lisinopril. It is kidney protective and lowers BP at the same time.

Exactly, I take altenol if I start kreeping up and it fixes it fast, its a beta blocker and is super cheap and easy to come by, my BP goes up when I eat badly or have high work stress and this is a great temporary relief when needed.
