I was wondering what everyone's thoughts are on stretching the way Dogcrapp advocates for his routine but stretching that way for every bodypart two, three times a day, everyday? Would this affecct the recovery time of the muscles that were worked out or would it continue to free up fascia adhesions at the joints and in return create bigger muscle bellies? I do not know the exact mechanism of stretchs on muscle fibers but I do know that stretching releases test,growth hormone and IGF=1 in small amounts. So what are your thoughts?
