a couple weeks back i started a thread questioning whether my gear was real or not...it was. heeding advice of the board i upped my diet and have since gained an additional 10 lbs which brings me to 20 total in 8 weeks... sorry for wasting everyones time with newbie questions about my gear being real...but it wasnt a total waste bc it made me realize that i plain just wasnt eating enough, so thanks.

my question...my intial plan was to do an 8 week cycle but i have enough to run 12. my gains have definately slowed, pretty much stopped. would it be a bad idea to use the next 4 weeks of my cycle as a cutting cycle? or should i just keep pounding away for a possible couple more lbs? or should i stick with the plan and keep it at 8 weeks and go into pct? i would love to try to cut up as ive never done it and im looking forward to accompishing some new goals but if its a bad idea ill wait...

any input is much appreciated...

Without knowing your long term goals it is hard to give you answers to these questions. What exactly do you want? What is your end goal? Are you going to compete? Give us a bit more info.

if you up 20lbs in 8wks i don't see you gaining any more......if you give your stats and your cycle you will get more help from crowd..
 
Stick to the plan.

agree, bouncing back and forth and going straight into a restricted calorie diet will quite possibly negate the gains...
 
stats- 6ft 240, about 12%bf, 26 yrs. this is my first cycle im doing 500mgs test e.

goals-compete? i wish, maybe in 7 yrs...my goal is to be big strong and lean.

yeah ive thought about this possibly negating some gains but does any one know for sure, anyone tried it? seems like a good idea, as long as i keep my protein high and im still on cycle then why would i lose gains? not saying that you are wrong, just questioning.

yeah, i've tried it and it got me nowhere. can't speak for others.
 
Keep going the same way, you are doing great. Of course the gains will slow after such an improvement, but if you eat proper you will add some more mass , I have no doubt.
