From what I heard IGF is only legal to posses and research but not to be used on yourself or other humans. But unless they see you inject it, they cant prove you were gonna use it.

IGF-1 is similar in molecular structure to insulin, which is perfectly legal and many people in fact use it to treat different diseases.... I don't know that you'd get in serious trouble by having it..

As long as you dont use it you can posses it. Sure its not gonna look good if its in a syringe in your car, but still unless they actually see you inject it, they cant prove anything. You don't have to be a scientist or dr. to posses research chems, in fact you could just say your doing a research project where your looking at it under a microscope at different temps.
