Meal 1: 12 Egg Whites, 2 Yolks 150 grams Oatmeal 1 Banana

Meal 2: Protein Shake 40g protein, 20g carbs, 3g fat

Train

Post Training: Post workout Carb/Protein drink

Meal 3: 250grams Chicken Breast 100 grams White Rice 1 cup Brocolli

Meal 4: Protein Shake 40g protein, 20g carbs, 3g fat 1 Small Baked Potato

Meal 5: 250 grams Lean ground Beef 300 grams Sweet Potato 1 Cup Vegetables

Meal 6: 10 Egg Whites 75 Grams Oatmeal

Supplements

Protein Powder isolate

Vitamin C(3G/day)

Multivitamin (2/day)

Seems good but u need to give your stats and your goal.
 
That's around 3200-3500kcal ...what is your goal exactly :rolleyes:
 
Personally I'd swap out meal 2 or 4 with solid food. 3 shakes a day for me would give me permanent bubble gut.
 
Looks like a solid diet but like what has been said we would need to know your stats. Without that your calorie count can be way off. I'm assuming your goal would be far loss since your using a fat burner but calories / diet is goal dependant
 
Looks like a good cutting diet. I don't restrict my diet much when bulking. I would add probably have some pie, or pop tarts, maybe cereal. PB&J's with milk thrown in throughout the day. Small shit adds calories fast. Eating clean like that just suuuuucks all the time.
 
Good for WHAT? Cutting? Bulking? Lean Bulk? Maintenance? Do you know your TDEE?

Personally the only reason I use a protein shake is if I am pressed for time and can't eat a meal, or if I need to catch up on calories for the day. My shakes are 1500 calories.
