Is this Clen Real - Quick Question

A person has never tried Clen before. Takes 40mcg and really doesn't feel anything. Is this possible? Or is it fake?

I'm a caffeine junkie - takes about 500mg of caffeine to make me jittery - BUT just 20mcg of clen gave me hand tremors that were difficult to hide...
I'd say if 40mcg didn't do much for you, then it is either bunk/underdosed or you are habituated to other beta-agonists like ephedra.

took 120 of this clen in the am and 120mcg in the pm and said it didn't do too much.
