ok i have had gyno before.some cycle i get it others i dont.i know what it feel like.usually my nipples get sore ass hell to a tough even putting or taking my shirt off.and itchy ass hell too.oh and they get puffy.but this feels diffrent than what im use too.this feels sore to a tough only no itching.no puffyness.and its not on the nipples.it on the outer and under the ariola both side.what the heck is this

Yes it start like this and then you can get the balls inside, some people prevent it with nolvadex 20 mg a day.

Listen to Big Heinz. Start taking the novladex at 20mg a day. I would never get the puffy nipples but I would get the itching and then I knew it was novladex time or bra shopping

I would do an aromatose inhibiter like arimidex or letrozole, the nolva wont kill the estro as good as these

i have some nolva on the way for my next cycle and I can't wait. my nipple have been sensitive lately and are hard more than before. no bumps and not puffy though. to be on the safe side, i will take my nolva a little earlier than I expected to.
