Started cycle 300mgs Test Enath 200 mgs Deca.This was inject # 1 was on two days of 50mgs Winny.Was planning on taking another dose of injects 3 days later. Day 3 chest is sore and slightly puffy.Day 5 nipples are extremely sore and sensitive.With these compounds is it possible gyno already started .Day 5 I started Nolva.Things have gotten a little better.Any suggetions.

nolva is generally advised against when deca is involved. look into aromasin.

cabergoline is not stable in solution. and you can get cabaser tablets for around 80$ for 20mg, so not to be unkind but you got double ripped off on that one. Return it.

Yep, I just ordered some cabaser today 20 tabs .5 mg for 84 bucks. There are other sources that are a bit Cheaper, but went with these guys cuase they are well trusted.

FYI:

actually prostaglandins from swollen lymph nodes can be an aggravating factor in gynecomastia.

just because the symptoms subsided does not mean that growth process has stopped. Pge2 is one of the primary factors in pain and swelling, just because the levels recede does not mean that gyno is gone.

basically the underlying problem is still there, even though its not at the forefront so you really still need to be using preventative measures and really treating the issue.

MAY need to treat the issue. pain is a symptom of an underlying issue. in your case prostaglandins released from lymph may have been so significant as to inflame neglible tissue, however its more likely that there is an underlying breast tissue issue, that the lymph inflammation aggravated.

it is hard to say with certainty, but likely while on you will need to run both an AI and a prolactin suppressor (swollen lymph nodes, without known causation are an indication of prolactin issues-- again not a certainty-- but the link between improper immune response and autoimmune conditions to prolactin is very strong (and why women have significantly higher incidence).

are you taking anything right now? has the issue subsided? any puffyness or pain? and palpable hard tissue and/or fatty veins or pockets that travel away from or to the outer pec from the nipple or below it?

the issue has subsided.The pain was actually in the outside breast armpit area.I would like to start back up @ sometime but not until I have everything I'm gonna need.I have always had some fatty tissue inthe outer breast where it meets the armpit

that is a strong indication of ductal threading, you may also have some distal glandular budding and development along the pathway of the ductal threads. again cant say with certainty without more information, including evolution of the fatty area and historical/current bodyfat and gyno presentations (including nipple puffyness and pectoral feminization)
