Which day are u talking bout? I use to never be afraid of having blood drawn, but a lady botched my first phlem, and for a long time i freaked out after that, not so bad now,

Never had to to take nor do i take insulin, if ur refering to the day i wrecked my car? I had drank that weekend, only like 4-5 beers the whole 3 day weekend

dude post meal 1 hour at 120 is great lol
like i said in my post you want under 140 before issues arise


buttttt just try to get your fast down around 100

Nice i guess its ok thn hahah, im still gonna cut carbs and add my er met, maybe go paleo
