Thanks again everyone. I'll have to go an inch or two deeper at powerlifting meets, but this is okay for now.
 
Hopefully this doesn't come off as bragging:

So tonight was squat night again, and though I probably should have stuck with 495 and tried to get 6 or 7 reps, I decided to go up to 505 (hey, it's only 2% more weight). Anyways, something went wrong and 505 felt way too heavy and I ended up getting only 3 reps. This really angered me, lol. I've been making steady progress for at least a couple months, and now I basically just went "backwards". Was I just supposed to accept it and finish my workout? Hey we all have bad days, right? Well, I mulled it over for a while, then decided to forget about the "bad set" and just start all over again. I set up again, and hit 505 for 5 reps.

Then I finished the workout :D

No but in all seriousness I did squatts the other day and tried hitting them deeeeeep and the next day I woke up with my ass so sore I couldnt even take a shit :p so now Im going back to putting plates under my feet and going not so far down just to hit those quads.

drop to 405 for a couple workouts and go for 20, then go back to the 500's

Crazy thing is I cant really see you getting 'MAD'....lol.
