Over the last year I let my new business and life in general let myself fall out of any shape and not stay in the gym. I have been back at it for 6 monthes now natural. Down to 230 from 270 at 6 ft. Body fat is still very high but I am Jones to get back on, thinking about 2weeks from now. This is what I have been thinking about.
wk1-4 anadrolic 50mg ed
wk1-5 sust @ 500mg per wk
wk1-5 deca @ 300mg per wk
wk5-10 susp/prop @ 1/2 ml eod
wk5-10 80mgtren eod
wk1-10 50mg winnie ed
I have all the ancilaries(sp) and growth but think I will save it for later. Is this to much to start with? I have been maintaining low carbs and high protein diet for 6monthes. Since I am getting to be a bit of an old fart(32) I have had the doc check me out. prostate, liver, kidneys, and heart are all in real good shape. All opinions are welcome thanks...
