Well all of those exercises are good. MM made a good point bro.

yea its a full body routine which I do 3 times a week usually monday, wednesday and friday

would be very hard to keep the level of intensity you need throughout that entire workout in my opinion

Did you get this workout from The Pumping Station? Full body routines are great for beginners. Once stronger you will then have to split your bodyparts for better recovery.
I would drop the Shrugs and stick with 6 movements. 10-8-6 would be better if wanting to go pyramid after warm up.
I like to train 6x6 as Pearl,Eder and Scott did. Best for Hypertrophy and conditioning. Just takes a bit to work up to it.

Yeah definately bro. Less is more!

Check out Big A's routine, it is a perfect workout for you right now!

The thing is everyone wants to jump into everything to quick these days.
You need to progress at a pace that allows your muscles to adapt over time.
This is why 3 day fullbodys work great for 6 months to a year. Then a 2 way split that uses a 4 day or everyother day split works excellent. Once you are advanced then a 3 day split works well. If you have trouble with the 3 day fullbody then look at Iron Mans article.
Do not rush things. This is why you see so many working out yet very few impressive physiques. 3x a week fullbody has built more muscle than any other system. Look at the 50's and 60's. These guys were natural or used very little anabolics but built quality muscle. George Turner still belives in this and has trained many including Tony Pearson. Rory Liedemier trained many National level guys this way also. Mick Hart swears by it.
Train Big,Eat Big and Rest. K.I.S.S. Keep It Simple Stupid.
Look for Randell Strossens Super Squat Book also.

That is way to much and a lot of useless movements.
Just stick to the basics. Go read Iron Man's HIT article or the article Just lift the F***** weight.. This is all you need to know.
Check out writings by Stuart McRobert or CS Sloan also.

Train your entire body at each session.syntherol A good program might look something like this:
Monday: squats, bench presses, standing overhead presses, barbell curls
Wednesday: Deadlifts (from the floor or in the rack), incline bench presses, bent-over rows, dumbbell curls
Friday: repeat Monday's session

Use a 5x5 weight progression on the squats, deads, and bench presses.syntherol Use a 3x8 progression on all other exercises.
Simple but effective.
