whats up people i heard if you have to much sex while training it could take away some strenght from your workout. What do you think?
 
naw bro that is BRO science. for about five mins after getting your nut off it may hinder your workouts but it actually raises test a small amount.

I find on cycle that i need to have sex ed at least once and jerk it once to stay happy ha.

What I have read was your test levels drop after ejaculation. I cant recall how long it takes to become normal or it it effect those on ASS..

I didn't know "too much sex" was even possible.

One time I was a pound over at weigh ins for a powerlifting meet,
back to the room for a quickie and made weight! No, it didn't make my legs weak...:headbang:
 
the only reason sex is bad before training is wen you have it before training

this is not becoz of sex itself, or testosterone or any other bullshit

its purely becoz wen you blow your load, ur body realises a relaxent hormone to releive stress and calm the body to both ur muscles and CNS

hence why generaly most guys masturbate at night time, it relaxes you and helps you sleep

therefore doing this before training is not optimal becoz your CNS is actualy in a chemicaly relaxed state, meaning u cant train as intense as normal

and thats it, sex itself does not effect testosterone levels, there is a small increase during sex but thats it, and wen i mean small increase, i mean fuking tiny

the only thing that effects ur testosteron levels is ejaculation, ejaculating often has no effect, ejaculating a few times a week has no effect,

but not ejaculating for a week a has been shown to spike testosterone levels temporarily higher and then they actually drop below normal ranges

do some google searching, the studies arent hard to find

but realisicaly i have no idea why this information is important on a steroid forum, we are not effected by any of this coz were full of gear

I have looked at all of the studies but honestly I'm not thinking about my Test levels after sex.

I don't know about all these guys who claim that sex does not effect your workout I can say that it does effect mine.

How can you get a good workout after you just banged your girl for an hour ? I'm way too tired and after sex all I want to do is sleep.
