Is tren really necessary for a men's physique show?

I think tren should be one of the very last steroid someone uses...and that goes for "bodybuilders" IMO. It's one of most hardcore and harshest things out there.

For men's physique I don't think you need to use it at all. You don't need to step on stage at 200+lbs sitting below 5% body fat. But that's my opinion and I'm sure a shit ton of people will disagree with me.

I was flat when I was running t3. Not at all now that I'm off it. Actually the calf pumps are killer and really get on my nerves trying to do cardio every day. I wouldn't say I'm maintaining a 24/7 pumped look by any means but I'm definitely not flat. If you are flat on 75-100mg of ace a day something is wrong

T3 , especially above 37.5 mcg daily ; flattens me out like a pancake. I can pound carbs all day. Flat and hard to get a pump.
