6 weeks?!

I was 6 weeks out in this pic. My first bb show is now just around the corner. People think I've grown huge the past few weeks, when I've actually lost about 25 lbs dieting down. Leaner = look more muscular, like a bb for first time in my life.

I just had this conversation yesterday with a friend of mine. He was saying.."hey remember a couple years back when you were huge" (not huge by any means imo). Well a couple of years back after following Phil Hernon's methodologies I got into the single digits Bf wise. I was right around 200lbs, 6 ft tall.

Now I decided to "bulk" a little bit, and am sitting at about 235lbs. He couldn't believe that I was almost 40lbs heavier now. He goes, man you should go back to 200lbs!! Talk about a wake up call!!

I am going to do PCT, Get my arms up to match my chest, back, and delts. Stay close to 10% bodyfat during my next DVD viewing (Already have it planned out) and try to get another 15 lbs of lean muscle or so and then yes, compete. Looking at the Florida NPC schedule and my timeline a little more before I choose which shows.
