I agree alot of people only care about how much they weigh not what they look like, I would rather look good at 190 lbs than look like crap at 230

That reminds me of a guy that is always measures his arms.
He always shouts out the size like (21 inches!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
I don't have the heart to tell him they might be 16 if he was in shape

A GUY I WORK WITH ALWAYS TELL ME I BET YOU WISH YOU WEIGHED WHAT I DO (HE WEIGHS 230 IM 185) BUT I DONT HAVE THE HEART TO TELL HIM HE HAS NO CHEST 14 INCH ARMS AND A BIG GUT, HE WORKED OUT WITH ME TWICE AND NEVER CAME BACK, I THINK HE WAS EMBARESSED WHEN I WAS DOING MORE WEIGHT
