You want to hear a crazy story I remember being in icu after surgery and not being able to see because of coma but I can hear and my sister telling me not to leave her that she couldn’t live without me. And I told her the same thing when she was in the hospital and she said wow you remember me saying that to you. I said of course I do so now I say it to you. And she said I promise I will do my best not to fail you but unfortunately she lost her battle and that very thought you mentioned kills mean

You guys are amazing what a great bunch of amazing people. I’ve been here more years than I can even remember and you guys always show so so much love and respect and support to each other. Talk about a family you have never met. I don’t care what social media you are part of me personally none. But there is none like this one where iron brothers really care so much about each other. I’m so glad I picked to be in this sport I swear and by far professional muscle. I know of a bunch of other boards but I have never joined or even posted once in any of them. PM has been my only one.and anasi but I don’t remember my log in there so I haven’t been at look or post there in years

Hi guys it’s with huge sadness for me to say my sister lost her battle with cancer. She was only 62. She been battling leukemia for a few years and got a bone marrow transplant and was in remission for two years but it came back. They put the second half of the bone marrow from the original donor, but unfortunately it wasn’t as good result as the first time. She passed away in hospice at 3:30 pm today. I’ve just been in shock that couldn’t come on here and write this. I know some of you I’m really close too and some of you don’t like me for one reason or another. But for those that don’t please this is not the time to post anything negative or nonsense and I ask you respect my lost. I hold no grudges against those that may not like me but please just be respectful. God bless all of you and spend as much time as you can with your loved ones and tell them as often as you can how much you love them and how important they are to you. You never know when god decides to take them away

So sorry for your loss. I know as I have aged my views have changed. The people I love I tell every day I love them… not in passing either with meaning and sincerity. We have no idea when we are going to leave this life and with 60 coming soon I I know I want the last thing people remember about me to be how much I love them
