Itchy nipple, lump growing but

I know what high e2 symptoms are for my body, I don't have any of them except for itchy and lump growing, I started TRT a weeks ago tho

Erections are good, morning wood, good libido, no fatigue or bloat which I get when E2 is high

Could this (itchy nipple/lump growing) be due to hormonal changes?

If you recently started TRT and afterwards this started occurring then it’s logical to say it’s conversion to estrogen causing it.

Well yea but I'm confused on whether it's too much e2 or it's just normal conversion, no other e2 sides.

You are sensitive. Letro and take up the dose until the bump is gone.

Personally, I wouldn't crash my estradiol trying to fight gyno, crashed e2 is terrible. If the only sides you have are sensitive nips, I'd just jump on nolvadex at 20mg ed. When I feel my best my nipples are a little tender and if you just went back on, it's good chances it's just hormonal changes. I've had tender nipples with low e2 too.
