Its a Sunday, cheat day for many, what have you eaten so far today?

Most of my clients are general public type people not interested in the athlete way of life or structured dietary lifestyles. So I give them all a cheat day to enjoy what they want as incentive as long as their daily eating remains solid for the previous 6 days.

For me, so far today

breakfast
10 - flapjack style pancakes (twice as thick- get at Target)
lots of orange juice and 2 glasses of milk

snack
2 cups yogurt with 1tbsp. all natural honey and 1.5 cups almond granola

lunch
CHINESE FOOD!!! - entire serving chicken w/ cashew nuts
apple slices with peanut butter

thats as far into the day I am so far. this is the ONE good thing about Sundays.
 
Bread with eggs and banana smoothie for breakfast.

Ossobuco with potatoes and rice for lunch plus dulce de leche for dessert.
 
Every Sunday I sit down with family an have a roast dinner :p...so I have had a protein shake with cherries for brunch and for dinner a lamb roast with kale and courgettes, heaven on a plate :D n finished with home grown rhubarb crumble...and im stuffed!! x

Mine cheat meal is latter today. I just road my mountain bike on a tough trail for an hour....Because Waffle House.
 
I have had...

Cereal

Protein pancakes made with protein powder (chocolate flavor), oats and eggs with 3 pieces of bacon drizzled with honey.

Organic oats, goji berries, sultanas, chia seeds with water and milk and strawberry protein powder mixed in.

2 chicken breasts and 2 sweet potatoes with butter.

Just had a cup of tea and some chocolate.

Gonna have some turkey later with a stir fry (lots of peppers) and some argan oil.

Just a normal day for me.

my wife made me a 7lb leg of lamb last night!! It is my favorite meal of all time. How do you make yours? Do you marinade? What do you put on top? And of course, the big question, do you MINT JELLY???

you can add protien pancake to my food list...wasnt that stuffed :D...ahh i love lamb its my favourite meat of all time!! with steak right behind it :p...I actually dont cook the dinner i go to my Mums an get fed. I know she roasts the leg of lamb an puts herbs on it, an she uses the juices off the lamb to make the gravy, i just patiently wait :food-sm:l an devour it...if coarse with mint sauce,,,no brainer:love: x

I almost put a slice of cheese on my 99% fat free ground turkey and red potatoes with two whole eggs and a piece of Ezekiel bread.... But I fought the urge and stayed strong.

I train early am so my cheat was post workout today.

12 slices of french toast (the thick ones) with real maple syrup.

The rest of the day has been clean.

No, no contest. Just wanting to look good for summer.

I cheat, but I don't have a scheduled cheat. I just go as long as I can until I really start to feel like I need a treat.

My diet's pretty varied which helps with the cravings. I eat nut butters a couple times a day, fruit a couple times a day, pretty tastey shakes a couple times a day.... stuff that I like... along with other stuff that isn't so enjoyable.

Every once in a while to help me keep from cheating I'll also go the IIFYM route and swap out a meal or two with whatever I want as long as fits in my macros.
 
I have two small cheat meals a week. Like just now I had two cheeseburgers and a shake. On Wednesday I might have one donut. I can't do a huge cheat meal or even a cheat day yet, maybe at some point
 
It takes me about 3 weeks to make up for a all day cheat. I like to eat.
 
I finished off my day with 2 chicken breasts (used a new dry rub and it was nice), 1 large sweet potatoe with butter. I wanted more sweet potatoes afterwards but they would have took ages so I settled for half a tub of vanilla ice cream. Overall cals for my last meal probably about 1500.

Whole grilled chicken (marinated before)
Oven baked potato chips with ketchup - 2 plates
Pan fried rice, vegetables, beans - 2 plates
Homemade cake (oats flour, cottage cheese, eggs, raisins, buttermilk, sweetener) with low fat ice cream

havent counted but it must be somewhere 500-600g carbs,250-300g protein 50-70g fat
 
If I'm carb cycling I load up on pop tarts.

Carb comas are the best. That said carbs don't make me sleepy like they used too.
