Hello to all of my brothers and sisters of ProMuscle, its been quite a long time since I have been on here and I am definitely out of the loop. I have missed this place and hope to get back to being a daily visitor.

I haven't had much of a chance to look at any of the threads or posts yet, but I can tell its going to take me a while to catch up on all the new info out there and get to know all the new members who have joined in my absence.

I hope to hear from all of my old friends and catch up.....so if you get a chance let me know how your doing.
