So I havent been around in a long time. To make a long story as brief as possible I came off of everything last year when my wife and I decided to try for kids. I started boxing instead of lifting and lost a ton of muscle which was to be expected.
After several doctors visits my testosterone was in the toilet at 160 with my LH and FSH at 3 times the normal levels in february of this year. After a doctor prescribed 25mg clomid ED for 3 months there was minimal improvement up to a whopping 250 total testosterone and a massive 10K sperm...lol
I asked the Doctor about HCG and HMG which Ive been on at 3000 units of HCG and 75 units of HMG 3x a week and now test is 680 as of last monday but the sperm production is 0. Which from 10K is normal fluctuation.
Anyway I started back at the gym last week and besides being weak as a kitten and having no appetite it feels good to be back. Im picking back up on PHil Hernons first routine he gave me and making an attempt at eating a measly 250G protien a day and trying to get back into it.
With my situation I have to go all natural at this until we have a child and some back up samples for a second kid. Its just really good to be back at it and back around here so I can figure out how to do this without "help".
Oh after seeing a specialist in NYC that doctor believes I was born with Primary Hypogonadism and that it was not caused by AAS use. I have no false hopes that Ill be as big or strong as I was but I never felt right not training so as for now thats just the whole point of it.
