dave's lifting was NICE! controlled on the negative portion, and explosive on the positive portion of each excersise!

I am sure that controlled motion really played a big part in his gains.....Dave looked frekin insane at 300....don't see too many guys at 300 with that condition.

It's a wonder how Jimmy can still lift anything... I've never seen a video of his without RIDICULOUSLY bad form. How does that guy not tear a bicep, pec, quad, or seriously fuck up discs and blow out knees?

Dave's only limit was his genetics. He deserves an honorary pro card for being that good. He was always shredded, always huge, but never had the shape. Only mom and dad (or God, if that's your thing) can give you shape.
