I will be going back home to Croatia for two weeks this Saturday. I decided not to work out these two weeks and just relax and rest my joints and muscles.
On a bad side , I will be eating a lot of junk food, No protein , no supplements. Just want to give a body a rest of all that stuff.
It’s hard for me not to work out for 2 weeks, when I think about it I feel like I’m missing something important in my life. I know I’m crazy
I hope these two weeks will give me nice rest and feed me up well, and when I come back I will be ready to hit the gym harder than ever
