iTunes not recognizing my cd burner

I downloaded a cd from iTunes and was trying to burn it to CD, but I get the message "Disc burner or software not found." I have software installed because I can burn cds and dvds using other applications, and I know iTunes recognizes the device because when I go under Preferences->Advanced->Burning my cd burner is listed there. Also, I've burned cds using iTunes before. I'd normally just burn the tracks using another program but since I downloaded them from iTunes they're m4p files meaning no other program will recognize them . Any thoughts on how to get this onto cd?

Nero can burn it with a plugin directly from m4p. You can also download one of the free hacked converters out there. for more info:
