How the phuk did you sprain your ankle my friend .You should cut that thing off, it looks awful my friend.I haven't heard from you in a while ,I hope things are well for you. I hope you are still training and eating right.Hey , my girl is going to be in your town in the middle of nov. .I would like her to meet you and maybe treat you and your girl out for some lunch or dinner .[my treat of course]Anyway take care of that ankle and if there is anything that I can do for you let me know.My life is almost settled , so I should have a little more time on my hands .I am dieting down right now , working with a cat that posts here and goes by Skip.the guy is the shit.And you know that i know my stuff bro. But this dude really impresses me .You know that DC and I are boys ,but I had to give Skip a shot and so far I am very impressed.If you ever have any questions for him post a thread for him. I am sure he will get to as soon as he sees it.He is a great asset to this board, so I suggest you and anyone else that reads this use him to your advantage.Tell your friends for me about him.Lets start pickiing this boys brain and get back to learning some things on here.
