I KEEP GETTING HURT. I DO A 1O MIN. WARM UP ON THE TREADMILL SOME LIGHT SETS OF 20 REPS WITH JUST 135LBS THEN 225 275 320..365LBS..WORKING MY WAY UP TO WORK SETS WITH 4PLATES...AT 365 ON MY 5TH REP BANG...DEEP TWINGE...POPPING SOUND/FEEL ...LIKE A REAL LOW GROIN PULL ONLY WAY DOWN ON THE INSIDE OF MY KNEE. I'VE BEEN LIMPING AROUND FOR 3 DAYS. I FIGURED OUT IT WAS THE SARTORIOUS...JUST A BAD PULL, NOT A TEAR, BUT IT PISSES ME OFF.
I KNOW, I KNOW...SO DO YOUR SQUATS AT NIGHT. I AM JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE ELSE HAS TROUBLE INCURRING BITCHY LITTLE INJURIES WHEN TRAINING IN THE MORNING?
