With out goin on a rant I'll sum it up to this. Train your self to eat large amounts of food all the time. You will grow. This should be done before ever stepping into a gym let alone taking anything GH, insulin, steroids none will work with out food. A lot of guys claim to know it all and its easy to learn with the internet. Still under 200 pounds and been doing this for a couple of years? then you havnt been eating enough plain and simple. No chemical or training will make you gain like a calories and protein.
Recently I've dropped the protein powders for real food and bang I started gaining muscle agian. I eat crazy amount of calories and every big guy I know/knew did the same.
