Just want to check what people think of the Hammer Strength ISO behind the neck shoulder press. I did shoulders yesterday in Toronto and I really liked it. Pre-exhausted with side laterals and then banged out 5 sets of presses. BB presses to the front or rear really bother my shoulders. DB presses are OK, but I don't have a partner to hand one up to me and (call me a pussy) I don't feel comfortable swinging/kicking/heaving them up into place. I have all the measurements to start working on it tomorrow. Next week is the summer shutdown for our crew so I'll be able to finish it up. Today my shoulders feel a "good, worked" sore. It's a nice machine and all I have to worry about is pressing the weight up.
