I've read alot on here about BCAA's

i like the instantized bcaa's from trueprotein. they don't clump up at all and actually dissolve completely

BCAA plus from TP is what i use now simply because they give you more per serving and an equal amount of servings as Xtend...
The Xtend watermelon is SOOOOOOOOOO good!!
I don't really like the grape flavor from TP so hopefully the fruit punch i just ordered will be better!!

sometimes instead of going through the actual site it is faster if you just type in "______ (name of the product you want) trueprotein" in google and search that way

scivation xtend.... best tasting bcaa supplement i've ever tasted. i like orange... its has glutamine and beta alanine in it as well.

Scivation Xtend does not contain beta alanine.

A bcaa powder that contains taurine and glutamine would get my vote...arginine, citruline and a B vitamin blend helps a lot also.

Using amino energy from ON a couple times a day even though I don't like the brand...and sometimes using Dymatize Elite Recoup often as well. During workout I like BullRush/Recelerator from Betancourt since it has nitrated BCAA and EAA as well as some glyerol and a little bit of carbs to shuttle it all through.
