Jacob's Ladder - has anyone ever used this before?

My gym just got a new piece of cardio equipement - a Jacobs Ladder. They still haven't fixed one of the leg presses that's been broken since August or the broken Smith machine but I digress.

What do you guys think about this piece of cardio equipment? I've never tried it before. I think Fakhri Mubarak is a big fan of it though. I'm curious to see if professional muscle thinks it's worthwhile.

I had most of my clients use this, mostly just for a short session. Gets the HR up quick

Absolutely BRUTAL lol... I consider it even more intense then the stairmaster.

I use it here and there when I do cardio, like do 10 mins on that 10 mins on stairs and 10 on elliptical, I wouldn't be able to last more than 15-20 mins.

Good cardio machine if you have good cardio to begin with lol

I wish all gyms had a few of these. I'd actually do cardio then, even though I can only last about 2 minutes. [emoji23]
