Jamie had the opportunity to guest pose at a State show here in CT last weekend. The crowd loved it, and later on Evan Centopani came out and put on a great show as well.

Not really looking to add a ton to any particular bodypart, more like small improvements all around. And as you probably know, when working with Shelby bodyfat % is never tested. Numbers really are useless, we are after a "look". We have no idea where she was while on stage or any other time. She generally ends up 25 lbs or so over stage weight in the offseason. She has a fairly slow metabolism and her body climbs back up VERY quickly after discontinuing a contest diet and lowering cardio. For her to try to stay very lean would take a ton of work and make it very hard to make improvements.
