actually it first started down my right leg and that lasted for 2 years now its into my left leg wtf is going on here lol, my legs measure the same almost so thats not a problem, some dude told me about a site shot in the back called neuroblock has anyone heard of this? he said its not cortizone and it was used in earlier years . I did find a great chiropractor he seems to know his shit i hope it fn works cause my girls gotta put my shoes and socks on for me like im some old ass 35yr old or something lol peace.

alright, yeah you know what I'm talking about in terms of the pain. I think the size difference in my quads might be due to a knee injury. I could have possibly done some ligament damage a few years back but didn't realize how serious it was. I never took shots when I was at my height of pain. I was in school at the time too, sitting all day in a desk is not ideal when you have cyatica. I always felt chiropractors are a short term fix and if not done right can be a long term detriment. Fortunately my pain has been non-existent for years but rears its ugly head every now and then. When I played college football I did have some problems with my back. Due to the herniated disc my lower back developed a degenerative condition. I went through PT to fix this, doing the typical low back PT exercises, and combined that with bodybuilding type training and it seemed to help. I know you have strong abs and lower back, but sometimes for a condition like this you need to go back to basics and re-train that area, without the stress of weight resistance etc...just some ideas, cuz I know that none of us want to be out of the gym.
