and has not lost touch with where he came from

Thats a great set of clips. Really shows himself to be a champion of the people. I was really impressed to hear him giving the great pointers he was about stage etiquette and how your attitude should be, most people who haven't experienced stepping on a stage couldn't appreciate how overwhelming your first time can seem but he does a great job of passing on info most trainers either forget to or neglect to.

Jay is an awesome, down to earth guy that has a hell of a sense of humor. He is also extremely honest and very well spoken as you can see. I have had the chance to be around him several times over the last few years working expos/big shows and he really is the ultimate ambassador to the sport.
