LOL, Steak Helmet you are so right. I can be a lot heavier and will be working with Chris250 once the show is done to get my weight up to at least 260lbs offseason.

I'll try a show around 225lbs. I'm so excited to see how I'll look around 260lbs offseason as I never got up to that weight. The heaviest I've been is 242 or 245lbs. This contest ( in which I'm 8-days away) i should come in around 215lbs. For the night show I should be around 217lbs.

Next year I want to EXPLODE like all you guys on here. Jay is THICKER than a wall. Damn he's a big guy. I'm not sure if you saw him in person but those pictures do not show the size of him.

Oh I saw him and Ronnie, and GUNTER they all were on the same stage about a month ago...they are all impressive. Yes, JAY is a brick shyt house.
